Is this a robot that annoys guests?
No. AI Reception is trained on your knowledge base, call history, and the style of your venue, so guests experience it as a courteous host rather than a generic bot. Unlike rigid scripted systems, it works from rules and its own knowledge base, adapts flexibly to each guest, checks availability in your system, and completes the booking on its own — with a natural-sounding voice that switches instantly between 70+ languages
How fast is it to launch and integrate with our existing systems?
AI Reception: up to 1 month — 3 weeks of training on your business plus 1 week to integrate with your phone system. The online booking form: 1–2 days — just copy the ready-made HTML code from the admin panel and paste it into your website, social page, or messenger. The system integrates with iiko, Bnovo, TravelLine, and our own WEGOSTY module, and connects to PBX providers, messengers, and social networks — everything comes together in one dashboard with an online till, payment gateway, and automatic notifications. Works for any HoReCa format: hotels manage rooms, wineries manage tours, farms manage group visits, restaurants manage tables
Which languages and channels does the AI support?
The agent handles calls and messages on Telegram, Max, and social media, with everything flowing into one admin panel. The text agent can also connect to Telegram Business — a guest messages you, and the AI replies instantly and books them in. AI Reception works in 70+ languages, while the booking form supports Russian and English and can take payment from foreign tourists — important if you're targeting international guests
How much does it cost to connect?
Flexible pricing for any size of business, from a single coffee shop to a hotel chain. It typically pays for itself through the savings on one host or reservations-agent position. See the Pricing section for details
What payment options are available?
The payment system is our own in-house build, so processing fees are among the lowest on the market. We accept foreign cards, split payments between partners, and issue fiscal receipts. The fee for accepting foreign payments is covered by the guest, so you don't pay anything extra — a rare offer in the Russian market
How does the partner program work?
Distributors — hotels, guides, travel agencies, partners — embed your booking form on their own site. Commission is calculated automatically through the service fee on each booking, and settlement is instant with no manual work involved
How is WEGOSTY better than the others?
Most alternatives are either simple booking widgets with no AI, or a patchwork of separate services you have to stitch together yourself. We offer a single ecosystem: AI Reception takes calls and messages, books a table or room on its own, takes payment through our own gateway at one of the lowest processing rates on the market, and switches instantly between 70+ languages — all from one admin panel covering CRM, QR tickets, cascading notifications, the Gastro Navigator, and channel management. No need to pay for a separate booking agent, a host, and three different tools — WEGOSTY replaces all of it with one product built specifically for HoReCa
How are data and payments kept secure?
We comply with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data. Guest data is processed within the client's own secure infrastructure and is never stored on our servers. Payments go through a certified, fiscally registered gateway, and admin panel access is role-based
